Dave Christian Construction Co., Inc. was founded in 1959 by David A. Christian. He started out with one tractor, a few strong backs and the drive to excel. In 1979, David’s son, Jim D. Christian took over the company. Jim and his wife Debbie Christian successfully ran Dave Christian Construction Co., Inc. from 1979 through March 31, 2013. Through hard work and dedication, Jim and Debbie ensured that Dave Christian Construction Co., Inc. has become one of the most respected earthwork and paving contactors in the Central Valley.

 

On April 1, 2013 the corporation was purchased by long time employees, Curtis and Terri Emmett. Curtis had been the foreman and project supervisor since 1989 while Terri took over office management duties beginning in 2004.

 

In the private sector, Dave Christian Construction Co., Inc. has focused itself on industrial and commercial site development, specializing in earthwork and paving. In the public works sector, Dave Christian Construction Co., Inc. has completed many street resurfacing and reconstruction projects throughout the Central Valley.
